  • Form Data Entry: We accurately transfer the information from your Live Scan form into the DOJ system. This includes your personal details and the requesting agency’s information.

3. Submission:

  • Electronic Transmission: Once your fingerprints and data are captured, we electronically submit them to the DOJ and FBI. This process is quick, typically taking a few seconds to complete.
  • Confirmation Number: At the end of the process, you will receive an ATI (Applicant Tracking Identifier) number. This number is crucial for tracking the status of your background check​.

4. After Submission:

  • Background Check: The DOJ and FBI conduct the background checks based on the submitted data. They then send the results to the requesting employer or licensing agency. We, as operators, do not perform any background checks ourselves.
