Are you friendly, dependable, and ready to grow with a supportive local business? PostalAnnex is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at either our Azusa or Covina location.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying productive, and learning a wide range of store and office support tasks in a small business environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with services like shipping, packaging, notary, and printing
  • Answer phone calls using a provided script to ensure a welcoming and professional tone
  • Process Live Scan and manual fingerprinting (training and certification provided)
  • Perform retail transactions using point-of-sale software
  • Sort and organize mail and packages for physical and virtual mailbox customers
  • Check in packages and notify mailbox holders (training provided)
  • Keep the store clean and organized: restock supplies, clean shelves, counters, windows, and restroom
  • Stay productive during slower times — assist with organizing merchandise, tidying displays, or preparing supplies
  • Follow instructions carefully and ask for help when customer requests exceed your ability
  • Provide a respectful, professional presence — focused on customer service and store quality

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay organized during mail/package handling
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-focused
  • Coachable and willing to learn new procedures and services
  • 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to complete DOJ Live Scan fingerprint roller certification (paid by employer)
  • Weekend availability is a plus
