At PostalAnnex, we help customers with everything from shipping and printing to fingerprinting and mailbox services. We’re hiring a part-time Customer Experience Associate to support store operations and ensure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with services like shipping, packaging, notary, and printing
  • Answer incoming calls professionally using our provided script
  • Perform fingerprinting (Live Scan and manual) – training and certification provided
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions for retail and mailing services
  • Sort and process mail and packages for physical and virtual mailbox customers
  • Keep the store clean and organized – restock supplies, tidy displays, clean windows and counters
  • Stay productive during slower times – assist with store maintenance or prep tasks
  • Follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly with the team

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, printers, and office equipment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willing to complete Live Scan fingerprint certification (employer covers the cost)
  • Weekend availability is a plus
