FAQ - Do you guys do Amazon returns?

Yes! We make Amazon returns easy and convenient at our Azusa and Covina locations.

🔹 Prepaid Bar-Code Labels – If Amazon provides you with a prepaid label, simply print it at home and drop off your package at our store. If you need help printing, email the label to azusa@postalannex.com or covina@postalannex.com, and we’ll print it for you. You can also use our rental computer to print it yourself.

🔹 No Printer or Packaging? – No problem! We offer low-cost printing and packaging services, so you can get everything done in one place.

🔹 Have a QR Code Instead of a Label? – The simplest way to get a UPS drop-off label is:
1️⃣ Cancel your return
2️⃣ Restart the return process
3️⃣ Choose “Inaccurate Website Description” as the reason
4️⃣ Follow the online prompts
5️⃣ Select “UPS Drop Off with Label and Box Needed”
And voilà! You’ll get a free UPS label and can drop off your package at your favorite PostalAnnex!

💡 Pro Tip: This trick works great if you want to avoid QR codes and need a printable label.
